CANCELLATION POLICY

At KCP JEWELRY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Order Cancellations:

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
• After 24 hours, if your order has not yet shipped, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request
• Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it within 30 days following our return policy

How to Cancel: Contact us immediately at kcpjewelry.com with your order number and cancellation request. We typically process orders within 1-2 business days.

Refunds: Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
