REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Must include all original packaging, tags, and certificates
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
How to Return:
- Contact us at kcpjewelryy@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- We'll provide you with our return address
- Securely package and ship the item back to us
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-engraved jewelry
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at kcpjewelryy@gmail.com with photos. We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
